Refund Policy
1. No Refunds for Used Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for periods where the subscription was active but unused. Once a billing cycle has started, the fee for that cycle is non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions only if the service has not been used. "Used" is defined as performing more than 2 searches or exporting data. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support immediately.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
